The Cottonwood Creek section of Woodside Plantation has been established by the developer, Woodside Development Company, as a modified condominium/town home neighborhood that they called a Villa. The neighborhood has been developed in two phases. Phase I includes the duplex units on Cottonwood Creek Lane and Poplar Hill Court and five single family homes at the cul de sac of Poplar Hill Court. Phase II consists of 25 single family homes which have been built on the extension of Cottonwood Creek Lane. There are currently forty-two homesites.
