Per the WPPOA, "It is the hope that all Members of the WPPOA* [and CCNA] would read the Covenants so as to be well informed with the regulations you agreed to live under when you moved to Woodside Plantation [and Cottonwood Creek]. Since this is asking for more than what a reasonable person could expect, we outline a few DO and DON’T items for your review. For a full explanation, refer to the original documents." Please keep in mind that CCNA Guidelines are in addition to WPPOA Guidelines. 

General Guidelines for WPPOA*

*PLEASE DO

  • Support the board of directors

  • Keep your dog under control

  • Keep your dog from barking excessively

  • Seek permission to install any satellite dish

  • Store your unused vehicles in Woodside’s RV area

  • Vote on every issue

  • Communicate any problems or suggestions to the POA

  • Realize that all Covenant violations affect us all

  • Respect all wildlife in Woodside

  • Respect the golfer’s rights

  • Be active within Woodside

*PLEASE DON’T

  • Park overnight on any street

  • Allow unsightly conditions

  • Put lawn clippings or tree branches on vacant lots

  • Allow your dog to run free

  • Allow your dog to excrete on other’s property

  • Operate motorcycles on any Woodside streets

General Guidelines for CCNA

PLEASE DO

  • Notify the Board of Directors with landscape/irrigation issues 

  • Keep your garage doors closed except when entering and exiting the property and for a limited time when working in or around the garage area. 

  • Seek permission to change the landscaping

  • Seek permission to change the exterior of your home

  • Seek permission to install invisible fencing

  • Put your garbage and debris out after 4PM Tuesday evening 

  • Store garbage/trash cans inside

  • Contact the WPPOA if you notice a street light or entry sign burned out

PLEASE DON’T

  • Supervise the landscape contractors. 

  • Ask the landscape contractors to perform work.

  • Install solar lights in or around your unit. 

  • Leave a vehicle in your driveway overnight or for extended periods of time (Overnight visitor cars are allowed)
